Summary of the Role / A team leader is responsible for coordinating and coaching the team in their operative work towards their team targets.
- Responsible for coordinating and coaching the team in their operative work towards their team targets. Supports the team in the understanding of direction (mission, vision, strategy, targets, rules and regulations)
-The team leader supports and replaces operators when required.
- Takes care of a good communication and co-operation with and between the Team members, other teams and the relevant support functions having a customer-supplier relationship.
- Secures the Volvo Cars Manufacturing System (VCMS) way of working, drives the maintain process and leads the team in continuous improvement
- takes care of the right planning and training for each operator, the Team Leader is the principle trainer for the team.

- 关注对每个操作者的正确规划和培训，原则上组长是小组的培训师
Main responsibilities / Supports the team in the understanding of direction (mission, vision, strategy, targets, rules and regulations)
·  Follows up the team activities and gives feedback to the team members and the Supervisor.
- take the necessary actions in case of deviations, in agreement with the Supervisor.
- recognises individual efforts and achievements within team structure.
·  Takes care of a good communication and co-operation with and between the Team members, other teams and the relevant support functions having a customer-supplier relationship.
·  Stimulates and contributes to the continuous learning and developing of the team and the individuals.
·  This means: takes care of the right planning and training for each operator, the Team Leader is the principle trainer for the team.
·  Secures the VCMS way of working, drives the maintain process (AM Step 1-3) and leads the team in continuous improvement
·  The team leader shall complete the Quality Production System(QPS) documentation and own the document after sign off. QPS documents are owned by, used by and maintained by the Team Leader
·  The team leader is responsible to keep the Quality Production System(QPS) documentation updated.
·  Coaches the team in organizing itself towards top achievements. Ensures full member involvement and cascades activities to level-up member skills. This means:
- coaching all the QCDISME activities, performed by the team.
- takes care of the gathering and reports all relevant facts in connection to the team targets, either by him/her self or by delegation to team member.

·  确保沃尔沃制造系统(VCMS)的工作方法，推动维护过程（AM Step 1-3）和领导小组持续改善。
·  组长应该完成质量生产体系(QPS)文档并持有签字的文档。QPS文档由组长持有，使用和维护。
·  组长负责保持质量生产体系(QPS)文档的更新。
·  辅导小组向最高的成绩。保证全体成员参加并集体活动，提高成员技能。
-辅导全员的QCDISME活动，由小组完成。
-由组长自己或授权给组员，关注收集和汇报所有与小组目标相关的实事。
Qualifications / Secondary specialized or technical school above. 中专或技校以上学历。
Experience Required / 3 years working experience 3年或以上工作经验
