Location Lothian Road, Middlesbrough and premises in Redcar and Cleveland

DisclosureThis position is subject to Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind’s policies, an enhanced DBS check and rechecked every three years.

Role purpose

To provide administrative supportto our fast paced, friendly connect recovery college service. This is based at Lothian Road in Middlesbrough or at our Redcar and Cleveland premises (location negotiable). This involves updating our electronic system, responding to the telephone and making calls,sending emails and typing / posting letters.

Main duties and responsibilities

  1. To deal with enquiries from the public, service users and professionals. To refer enquiries to colleagues as appropriate.
  1. To undertake admin tasks such as photocopying, printing and mail-outs as required.
  1. To enter client information onto the organisations recording systemand keep it up to date.
  1. To contribute to the collection of information using the organisations systems as required and in line with our Information Governance policies
  1. To undertake other tasks that might be appropriate for the position as required.
  1. To work within the policies and procedures of Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind at all times
  1. To take part in regular support and supervision sessions as required
  1. To take part in training activities as required.
