Criteria / Supporting Feature / Remarks and Explanations /(a) When software is designed to run on a system that has a keyboard, product functions shall be executable from a keyboard where the function itself or the result of performing a function can be discerned textually. / Supported with exceptions / Description: Columns and actions on SQL reports cannot be tabbed into.
Reports UI:
Description: Drill through in reports is not accessible by keyboard.
Description: When you select a device in the graphic hierarchy view and press SHIFT+F10 or press the Menu key, you should see the same menu as when you click the right mouse button. Instead a different menu appears and does not have the same options as the right-click menu.
Description: In the Select Collections dialog box, there is a drop down arrow to choose the type of collections that cannot be accessed by the keyboard.
Client UI:
Description: In the list views some columns can’t be resized by using keyboard.
Description: In the admin console when using the tab control, sometimes the frames get the focus even though they are not actionable controls.
Workaround: User may continue to tab to the desired control.
Description: In the admin console when creating a task sequence, the user may not be able to reverse tab out of the Dynamic rules and variables section.
Workaround: User may forward tab to get to the desired control
Description: In the admin console prestaged content wizard reverse the user may not reverse tab out of the confirmed settings section.
Workaround: User may forward tab to the desired control.
Description: In Software Center, the tab order of some of the fields do not follow the left to right, top to bottom convention.
Workaround: User may still tab through all the actionable controls.
Description: A user viewing the iOS VPP report in the Admin Console is unable to navigate using the tab key to the control that collapses the legal disclaimer, the column header sort buttons, and description expand/collapse control.
Description: In Create Configuration Item Wizard some settings are not accessible using the arrow keys.
Description: There are no shortcut keys defined for "Terms and Conditions" wizard or its property pages.
Description: In Software Center you can select applications with using the Tab key, when an application is selected pressing Enter key will not open the application's detail page.
Workaround: Use the arrow keys instead of the Tab key to navigate through the applications, pressing Enter key will open up the application's detail pane.
Description: In Software Center under non-compliant settings selecting Enter will not expand any of the expander items.
(b) Applications shall not disrupt or disable activated features of other products that are identified as accessibility features, where those features are developed and documented according to industry standards. Applications also shall not disrupt or disable activated features of any operating system that are identified as accessibility features where the application programming interface for those accessibility features has been documented by the manufacturer of the operating system and is available to the product developer. / Supported
(c) A well-defined on-screen indication of the current focus shall be provided that moves among interactive interface elements as the input focus changes. The focus shall be programmatically exposed so that Assistive Technology can track focus and focus changes. / Supported with exceptions / Description: When using a screen reader, it may be confusing to determine where the focus is in the breadcrumb bar that shows the navigation path to an object.
Workaround: Use the navigation tree to determine the path of the object.
Description: In the Software Catalog, some color themes may make it difficult to determine which application in the list has focus.
Workaround: Choose a different color theme.
Description: Under high contrast, In any properites page where you are trying to set up a new account, the account with focus is not visible in the drop down list.
Workaround: Click the Set button to see all available accounts.
Description: In the Navigation Pane Options dialog, the current focus is not highlighted when High Contrast Black is activated.
Workaround: The title of the UI shows the selected text as an alternative.
Description: In the admin console when editing a task sequence the Package field appears to be an input field in high contrast mode.

Links to related information are provided as a shortcut but all information is available by navigating the tree.

Workaround: The same values can be read off of list views.
