Please note that uniformsARErequired for the November meeting. Paul Rudnicki of VALOR will be making his annual visit to ECCA at this time. Veterans and Family Support Chairman Fran Wright is requesting donations of non-perishable food, cash, or check donations. Also, a representative from the Essential Care for ChildrenCenter, President Ann’s Special Project, will be visiting ECCA at our November meeting.

VOD & Patriot's Pen: Please get your entries in for PostAuxiliary judging. Contact Chairman Barbara Rickard (627-5138) or President Ann (941-1036). Per VFW Chairman, Nick Federes, only one entry in each of the three programs will be allowed for judging at the District level.

Membership standing for ECCA is at 80.29% with 6 auxiliaries at 100% or better. We are in first place in 6th District !! Be sure to get your dues in asap. There are 2 auxiliaries who have not sent in any dues except their Life Members. Check your Membership standing with Kathy Warrington, our Membership Chairman.

I have just received the Program Report for this year. Congratulations to Auxiliary 416- who is close to 100% in reporting! Ten (10) auxiliaries have not sent in any reports. You may check your standing with Alice Ciszkowski, our Program Coordinator.

You should have received information from Marita Fredette regarding Department Volunteer of the Year Award.We have some great volunteers in ErieCountyand just being nominated is like giving a "Paton the Back" for work well done!!

Dept. President’s Visit:Thank you to all sisters who joined us in welcoming our Dept. President Barbara Hodges to ErieCounty at our October meeting. It was a busy yet fun-filled day!! which began with a Pot-Luck Lunch at the Family Tree, then on to a very interesting and exciting visit of the VAMC, followed by a Reception and Dinner, and concluding with our monthly meeting and annual inspection.
