Learning Objective(s) / 1.  Student will use newsprint and charcoal to draw three spheres that are four inches in diameter that have a highlight, mid tone, and shadow.
2.  Students will use white charcoal pencils and a blue piece of paper, 9x12 inches, and draw and snowman that has a highlight, mid tone, and shadow.
3.  Students will be read the book Snowmen At Night, list activities of snowmen, and explain light sources while comparing it to their own in their drawings.
