Hi Coaches,

Welcome to our 2018 Martin Luther King Classic. We look forward to hosting you and your teams Saturday at the SEA Stoughton. Games begin at 8:30am and the last game begins at 2:55pm.

The tournament schedule is posted on our website at: http://pdpbasketballacademy.com/forms/Martin_Luther_King_Classic

The schedule can change up through Friday, the day before the tournament. Please download it to your smartphone, so that you can access real-time results and schedule updates.

We should have enough time to provide 5 minutes between games, but we will go as low as 3 minutes if the games are running behind. The halftime break will be 3 minutes.

Concessions will be open at SEA Stoughton from 8am until 10 minutes after the start of the last set of games, planned to begin at 3:05pm.

About PDP Basketball Academy

PDP Basketball Academy is a basketball training and skill development organization. It is independent of any basketball club or program. PDP’s goal is to build the individual player to be the best they can be so they can play at the level they desire. We run individual and group training sessions for ages 8-22 throughout the year. We have Advanced, Elite and All-American training programs.

Many of our tournament proceeds go to fund less privileged kids to develop their basketball skills. Last year we used tournament proceeds to fund scholarships for underprivileged youth basketball players.

Matt Everson will be the onsite tournament coordinator. His mobile phone number is 608-469-7370 and can be reached anytime.

On the following pages, you will find the tournament rules, the final schedule, directions to the facility and some information about PDP Basketball as well as upcoming events.

Thanks for your participation. We hope your kids enjoy their day of competition.

The concept behind the creation of PDP Basketball Academy is simple. To achieve success in the game of basketball today, players must develop strong individual basketball skills.

We provide boys and girls, grades 2-12 and college players, with the opportunity to improve their skills and achieve their goals, no matter what they are, by participating in individual workouts, weekly advanced training, summer camps, advanced summer training programs, and strength and conditioning.

Since 2001, we have trained notable collegiate and professional basketball players including:
