K9 Massage Guild Challengewill take place on Saturday. The top 2 dogs from eachheight from the combined score of the Beginners and Novice Agility and Jumpingwill qualify for the UKA Grand Finals. The dog with the least faults in the fastest time will be deemed the winner.

The Split Pairs Sponsored by EMPIRE K9 CAMPERS will take place on Saturday. 5 faults = 5 seconds. An elimination = 100 faults. A faulted baton change will incur 10 faults. Both heights compete against each other in 1 competition. The top 2 pairs will qualify for the UKA Grand Finals

CSJ UK Agility Grand Prix Will take place on Sunday. The top 2 dogs from each height from Novice,Senior & Champ combined resultwill qualify for the Grand Prix semi-final. The top 2 will be announced as soon as all the agility classes are finished.

UKA GRAND FINALS 25th – 26th November 2017 will be held at Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Buckinghamshire, MK18 2JR.For further details of each qualifier rules, please refer to the show schedule.

Broadlands Top Toller Trophywill take place on Saturday. This will be a pay on the day event open to Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers only.

Helpers - A big THANK YOU to all who have volunteered to help at this show. Helpers’ lists will be posted around the show. Please check in with your assigned ring manager at 8am to schedule the time you will be able to help during the day. If you have not put down to help and have some spare time, please volunteer at any ring. Even a short time can be helpful.

Measuring Dogs – will take place near the secretary’sat a time announced on the day. All dogs competing below MAXI must be measured, if they have not already done so previously; but they can run at the show if measuring has not yet taken place. Dogs competing in MAXI do not need measuring. This is free to all registered dogs. A fee will be charged to TBYB (to go towards the registration fee).

Checking in at the ring – in all classes; competitors must check-in at the ring by entering their dogs number into the E-gility system. You will be asked to confirm your height. If you do not check in, the class will not wait for you. Please ONLY CHECK IN FOR THE CLASS THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING WALKED.

Change of Handlers – If this is required, please visit the secretary tent, and they can assist you for that particular class.

Move-ups - If enough points have been collected to move to the next level, please request a move up via the E-gility system at the Secretary office. For future shows you have entered, please email advising which shows require amendment. If a show has passed its’ closing date, you will need to request a move up on the day at the show.

Your Results – It is your responsibility as a competitor to check your result. With the E-gility system in place, any dispute must be made within 5 minutes of your run. A display unit is easily accessible to competitors ringside, whereby they can immediately check their score on exiting the ring.

Late Entry Policy - All late entries will be charged at £4.50 a run. UKA numbers for both dog and handler must be provided. Swapping entries from one dog to another or from one day to another is not allowed. If this is required, then a late entry fee will be charged. If you provide incorrect handler and dog numbers, your result may be void.

Prize Giving’s - Will occur only after all heights per class have been completed. If you have missed your prize giving, please claim your rosette from the secretary’s office. Whilst prize giving’s are in progress, we would be grateful ifyou would refrain from interrupting. Unclaimed rosettes must be claimed by sending an SAE, stating result, to the UKA office received within 7 days of the show. After this time, unfortunately you will not be able to claim late prizes.

Directions

From M3 SouthAt junction 9 of M3, take the A34 exit to The Midlands/Newbury

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Winchester By-Pass/A34. Keep right and take A33 (about 0.6 miles from roundabout) Continue onto Winchester By-Pass/A33. Follow the A33 for approximately 7 miles

Turn right to Woodmancott. The venue will be located on the right approximately 0.3 miles after the turning.

From M3 North

At junction 7, exit towards Basingstoke/A30. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Winchester Rd/A30

Keep left and turn left onto A30 and continue for approximately 2 miles.

Continue straight ontoA33 for approximately 2.3 miles and then turn left to Woodmancott

The venue will be located on the right approximately 0.3 miles after the turning .

From A34 (Newbury to Southampton Direction)

Take the A30/A303 exit towards A343/Andover/Basingstoke/Salisbury/Stockbridge

At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A30, At the next roundabout continue straight onto the A303 slip road. Merge onto A303. After 7.5 miles merge onto M3.

At junction 7, exit towards Basingstoke/A30. At the roundabout, take the 1stexit onto Winchester Rd/A30

Keep left, and turn left onto A30 and continue for approximately 2 miles.

Continue straight ontoA33 for approximately 2.3 miles and then turn left to Woodmancott

The venue will be located on the right approximately 0.3 miles after the turning.
