1Introduction
This document summarises the reasons for the Traveller Universe 1.3 release and identifies the software that constitutes the release.
A Version Description Document (VDD) accompanies all releases and contains the following information:
- Software identification (application name, version)
- Customer
- Reason For Delivery (i.e. new requirements, bug fix etc)
- Change Requests, new functionality, enhancements, defects, etc addressed in release
- Dependencies (third party tools, hardware requirements, operating systems etc)
- Known Problems
- The Configuration Index
- A list of all new/changed software source code items, with their versions

This is an interim release … a partial list of bugs fixed and minor enhancement requests from the Release 1.0/1.1/1.2 beta tests.
