1.Introduction

Customers can view the following data using Contract Viewer:

  • an overview of their contracts
  • an overview of the customer’s contacts and their details
  • an overview of Elia’s contacts
  • an overview of the user IDs for the various applications
  • an overview of the access points
  • an overview of the nomination rights

Contract Viewer also offers the possibility for the customer to submit a request to change

  • the contacts
  • the contacts’ details
  • the user IDs
  • the access points

2.Access

The application can be found on the Elia website, in the Extrazone section (right-hand menu on the Elia website). Within Extrazone you go to ‘Contract Viewer’.

The link below provides a direct link to the application.

The login screen asks for a username (user ID) and password. These are unique for the user and are created and transmitted by Elia.

The documentation can be consulted by clicking on “Documentation” on the Contract Viewer welcome screen on the right-hand menu.

3.Overview of the screens

3.1. Main screen

The main screen is the first screen that the user sees. It displays the details that apply to the person. There are 2 possible tabs: the “Access Contract Holder Extranet” tab and the “ARP Contract Holder Extranet” tab. When the user has concluded both contracts, both tabs are visible. If he has concluded just one type of contract, only the relevant tab is visible.

Screen 2- General user details: customer who has both an Access and an ARP contract.

This screen provides an overview of all contracts that were (or are) still current after September 2006. A link to the details of the contracts exists for both ARP and access contracts. Moreover, there is a further link to the access points for Access contracts. A link to the nomination data exists for ARP contracts (see below).

3.2. ARP and Access contract details

When the user clicks on the “view details” link, he comes to a screen with the details for the relevant contract. He sees which contract is concerned at the top of the screen; the rest of the screen is divided into 3 sections: the user’s details, Elia’s details and an overview of the user’s user IDs.

3.2.1. The customer’s contract details

All customer information can be consulted in this section. This information comprises:

  • Contracting party:
  • Head Office information: general information about the headquarters
  • Contractual Contacts: contacts for contractual matters

  • Invoicing
  • Invoicing address: the address to which invoices must be sent.
  • Invoicing contacts: the contacts’ details for everything relating to invoicing.
  • Pay to
  • Pay to address: the address of the company that deals with the payments for this contract.
  • Pay to contacts: the contacts’ details for everything relating to payments.
  • VAT representative
  • VAT representative address: the address of the company that is responsible for the VAT for the contract.

This screen also offers the possibility of submitting a request to change this data or to add new data.

The ‘change’ and ‘new contact’ links are used for this.

Finally, additional information can be found about contacts by opening out the contact information.

3.2.2. Modify data or add new data

When the user wishes to change data or wishes to add a new contact, he can click on the “change‘’ or ‘’new contact’’ links.

He then sees the following screen:

3.2.3. Elia information

The contractual Elia data can be consulted on the second tab.

3.2.4. User IDs

Finally the active user IDs of various applications and their status can be viewed on the third tab.

The user IDs for the following applications are shown:

  • Subscriptions (only for Access contract holders)
  • EVMS
  • Contract Viewer
  • Nominations (only for ARP contract holders)

3.2.5. Create new users and adapt existing ones

It is possible to submit a request to adapt existing user IDs or to create new user IDs for the extranet applications made available using this method. A choice exists between Subscriptions (only for Access Contract Holders), EVMS, Nominations (only for ARP Contract Holders) or Contract Viewer. The screens appear as follows.

3.3. Access points for access contracts

3.3.1. Overview of access points

It is possible to click on the “view points” link in the screen with the overview of the Access contracts. A screen appears with an overview of all of the access points for the relevant contract. Both the current and the former access points can be consulted.

The information that is shown is:

  • Name of the access point
  • EAN Code (from/to)
  • Validity
  • Direction (off-take/injection)
  • ARP responsible
  • Supplier
  • Nominal power of Local production units (NP)
  • PR (energy at point of off-take)
  • Address

3.3.2. Details of an access point

For each access point, it is possible to view the details for that access point.

3.3.3. Add an access point to the Access contract

It is possible to request a new access point via Contract Viewer. The user must click on the “Request for a new access point” link in the screen with the overview of the access points.

3.4. Nomination rights for ARP contracts

The nomination data can be consulted by using the link in the main screen:
