WORK CONSISTS OF BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING TRADES:
The project consists of the construction of a single story 46,980 SF Automated-Aided Instructional Training Facility. The facility will include a lobby, office and administration areas, multi-purpose classrooms, conference room, technical control room, communications room, storage rooms, and safe room. The project shall include Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) installations, connection to Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). The project shall require LEED certification. Supporting facilities include utilities and connections, electric service, information systems, security lighting, fire protection and alarm systems, tactical operations pads, asphalt private owned vehicle parking area, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, fencing and landscaping.
