Call to order: SAF meeting was held at the University of Washington Bothell, ARC Room 110 on January 8h, 2015. The meeting convened at 8:00am with SAF Chair Karla Sanchez.

  2. Priscilla moves to approve the funding of $29,000 with the stipulation they must work with Student Engagement Association to have diversity in the lineup of artist. Food cannot be purchased towards this event. Any program may move up to 5% of their annual or contingency budget between line items at the discretion of the Office of Student Life. Other changes to the approved budget and amounts above 5% require the approval of the Committee.

  6. Josh moves to approve $15, 717 funding with the stipulation, students cannot receive credit from IAS and the events must be accessible for all students.

  14. Priscilla moves to approve $8,500 funding, with the stipulation only for speaker Franchesca Ramsey. If Intercultural coordinators cannot get Franchesca Ramsey then Intercultural coordinators is to come back to SAF and discuss the alternate speaker, Hari Kondabolu
