World Day of Prayer
“Receive Children, Receive Me”,Friday, March 4, 2016 at 1:30pm, St. John Lutheran Church Speaker: Pastor Dan Hart, 2016 India Mission Trip. Refreshments following program. This day is no longer celebrated only by women; many men and children participate, too. Each year, on this day, Christians of many cultures, traditions, and races around the world unite in prayer.

Just wanted to send a big “Thank You” to everyone who has or is planning to provide goodies/treats for the AWANA kids! They love them (so do the adults)! FYI: Our last night of AWANA is scheduled to be April 27 where we are exploring the possibility of hosting a supper for the kids and their families. We will send details when they become available. We have approximately 35 kids that attend AWANA! It is such a wonderful program – we are having so much fun – and we are so thankful to everyone for their support and prayers!
