Education Event by Abbott Nutrition: Join Abbott Nutrition at Ruby River Steak House in Ogden for dinner and an exciting presentation on “Transformational Nutrition” by Martina Cartwright. Patient’s ever-evolving nutritional needs require comprehensive transformational nutrition care plans. This case based presentation describes nutrition across the continuum of care, beginning in the ICU and encompassing discharge and subsequent readmission. Mitigation of medical complications can be accomplished through initiation of diverse Medical Nutrition Therapies.

Networking Event by McDonald’s: This networking event, sponsored by McDonald’s, will include a popular back door tour of the newly remodeled McDonald’s restaurant in South Ogden. The tour will be conducted by Dr. Cindy Goody, McDonald’s Senior Director of Nutrition. Join UAND and other nutrition colleagues for a fun filled evening of building connections and a light dinner.
