CONDITIONS OF ENTRY and PLAY

1.The event is open to Amateur Women having a current WGA handicap with an affiliated Golf Club.

2.The Rules of Golf and the Local Rules of the Gold Creek Country Club will be the rules of the tournament. Penalties for slow play will apply.

3.The Gold Creek Match Committee shall have the complete control of the event and reserve the right to vary conditions should it deem necessary. All decisions of the Committee shall be final.

4.Entry Forms must be accompanied by the entry fee and include Golf Link nos.

5.Handicap Divisions (1st, 2nd and 3rd) covering all events will be determined by the Match Committee after entries have been received.

6.The event is Stroke for Division 1 and Divisions 2 and stableford for Division 3.

7.The draw will be posted to the Gold Creek website on 3 October 2017.

8.The field will be limited to 70 players.

9.Ties will be decided on a count back.

10.One major prize only shall be awarded to any one player (except for sponsored hole in one prizes).

11.Tee off times will be from 8.30am.

12.Competitors must report to the starter 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.

13.In accordance with the local rule on the noticeboard, use of mobile phone is permitted at GCGC but only to measure distance, not wind speed or direction. Mobile phones must be in silent mode, and may only be used on the course in case of emergency. If a phone is used outside these parameters it will be considered a breach of these conditions and the player will be disqualified.

14.Motorised transport is permitted without a medical certificate. Cart Hire Fee $15pp on a share basis per cart.

15.Caddies are not permitted.

16.Dress rules of the GCCC are to be observed. Soft spikes are required.

17.Players are required to sign and submit their scorecard within 20 minutes of completing the competition round. Score cards not lodged within this timeframe may result in disqualification.

18.A ball run down will be awarded at the close of the competition

19.Separate conditions relating to the S20,000 hole in one competition will be provided on commencement of play 8 October 2017.
