Benefits Package

All employees who work an average of 30 hours per week or more are eligible to participate in the benefits program. Some benefits will be prorated if you work less than 40 hours per week.

Annual contributions made by employer based on employees’ annual salary. Vesting schedule is 20% after two years, 40% after three years, 60% after four years and 100% after five years.
Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA)

Voluntary Payroll Deduction / Permits employees to defer a portion of their pay through payroll deductions to a retirement account. Deductions reduce annual income tax liability.
Tuition Reimbursement

Agency-Paid / Nine calendar holidays per year and one floating holiday per year (after six months of employment)
Additional Floating Holidays / After accumulation of sick days in excess of 65 days (520 hrs)
