TUITION FEE NOTICE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017 - 2018

All the parents are hereby informed that the Tuition Fee of your ward/s for the Academic Year is as under:
For your convenience we wish to inform you the following:
1) The following will be the Tuition Fee for the academic year 2017-18 (April 2017 to March 2018)
(i)USD. 5500 p.a. (USD. 1375 per term) for EOI
(ii)USD. 5500 p.a. (USD. 1375 per term) for Indian Citizens
(iii)USD. 11000 p.a. (USD. 2750 per term) for Foreign Citizens
NOTE: Parents are requested to pay the full amount for each quarter. You can pay for one quarter or more as per your convenience but the amount should be as mentioned above per quarter. You are requested not to round off the amount or pay any consolidated amount as per your convenience.
2) The present academic year of the School is from April 2017 to March 2018 and the following are the FOUR TERMS/QUARTERS :
April 2017 – June 2017 (FIRST QUARTER)
July 2017 – September 2017 (SECOND QUARTER)
October 2017 – December 2017 (THIRD QUARTER)
January 2018 – March 2018(FOURTH QUARTER)
3)While transferring the Tuition Fee kindly mention the following particulars CLEARLY in your Transfer Order:

NAME OF THE CHILD, CLASS STUDYING AND FOR WHICH TERM
4) Kindly note that the Tuition Fee is to be paid UPTO 15TH OF THE FIRST MONTH OF EACH QUARTER failing which USD.50/per quarter per child is to be paid as late fee fine.
NOTE: Some parents are transferring the Tuition Fee for the FIRST QUARTER OF THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR IN MARCH ITSELF. This also will lead to difficulties in updating the Tuition Fee data as we CLOSE the School Accounts on 31st MARCH every year. YOU MAY KINDLY TRASFER THE FIRST TERM (APRIL – JUNE) TUITION FEE OF YOUR WARDS IN THE MONTH OF APRIL ONLY EVERY YEAR.
5) Failure to pay tuition fee by the due date will lead to the name being struck out from the school’s roll. Re-admission charge will be USD. 500.00.
