I (captains name)______, hereby enter into the Treasure Coast GCSA fishing tournament events, fully releasing the Treasure Coast Golf Course Superintendents Association, its officers, directors, employees and chapters from any liability that I, or any person, including children, who accompany me on this tournament, may incur due to the negligence of any participant in the fishing tournament. I understand that there are risks associated with fishing tournaments and agree to assume all such risks. I agree that I shall not hold the Treasure Coast Golf Course Superintendents Association liable for any injuries that I or anyone in my charge may incur on this fishing tournament. I have read this release carefully and fully and understand its importance, both for myself and anyone in charge, whom I accompany on this fishing tournament.
