October .06 No. 372A Clontarf Road " COLLAPSES" of its own accord...,...according to a hand-

written note , scribbled on the back of one of his own business cards , by Mr. Alan

Costello , EX-DETECTIVE and USED-CAR DEALER , and pushed into the letterbox of

no. 48 Dollymount Park - on the night of the 6th October 1997…..

October .07 The gardai are called to 372 Clontarf Road on the advice of Mr. Breitenstein, architect ,

but after talking to Mr. Alan Costello (they) say there is nothing they can do about the

"COLLAPSE" of no.372A Clontarf Road the night before……..

It's a ' CIVIL ' MATTER.., they say……..

{ the said handwritten note , signed Alan Costello was handed to Mr. H. J. Roundtree ,

solicitor. of :

25 Mount Street Upper ,

Dublin 2

on the afternoon of the 7th of October 1997, and , is STILL in his ' safe custody..."

( Note : Mr Roundtree shares an office with Mr Frank Dunlop , the ' star '

witness/performer at the FLOOD TRIBUNAL of inquiry into CORRUPTION(in the)

Planning process ,and ..sometime in 1998/1999 appears to have 'mislaid... ' the

said handwritten note of Mr Alan Costello ( handed to him as aforesaid , and

entrusted to his ' safe-keeping...') regarding the ' COLLAPSE ' of 372A

Clontarf Road , Dublin 3 on the afternoon/evening of Monday , the 6th of

October 1997... The FAIL(ure) party is at no.13Mount Street Upper … }

October .07 On Tuesday , the 7th of October 1997 , in the afternoon , Mr. Alan Costello ( who had

previously telephoned Mr George Sturdy of Baldoyle , a director of DAVID ALLEN

POSTER SITES LTD , and ordered him to take-down his billboard on the North-Eastern

(gable) wall of 372 Clontarf Road , Dublin 3 ) , orders his site sub-contractors … :

CELTI CON LTD , of ,

Knock Road ,

Co. Mayo

( formerly called ' WEST INTERNATIONAL ' ) to tear-down the DAVID ALLEN billboard

hoarding which has been on the gable wall of 372 Clontarf Road since 1985(and is

therefore an " exempted development ").

Several weeks later Mr. George Sturdy instructs P.J. Walsh , solicitors , to issue court

Proceedings against the OWNER of no.372 Clontarf Road - and NOT Mr. Alan Costello

(ex-detective) who was the instigator ofthe ILLEGAL and CRIMINAL act in the first

place…….

October .08 On Wednesday , the 8th of October 1997 , Mr F. D. Breitenstein , Mr Maguire's architect ,

and the late Mr David Doran , of the DUBLIN CORPORATION'S ' DANGEROUS ' Buildings

Department , were supervising the clearing of the site at 372 Clontarf Road , and the

removal of the remains of 372A Clontarf Road , after the so-called " COLLAPSE "...

They became alarmed at the actions of the workers under Mr Alan Costello , and became

convinced that Mr Alan Costellos workers were intent onDEMOLISHING the shop at 372

Clontarf Road .

They rang Mr Maguire's solicitor , Mr H. J. Roundtree ( " Jack "…of all trades… ) ,and explained

the situation on the site at 373 and their fears regarding Mr Alan Costello's intentions...

Mr Roundtree reluctantly agreed to threaten Mr Costello's company , G. SAUNDERS &

COMPANY LIMITED , and his site contractors , CELTICON LTD with a court injunction and

to sue them for damages should they proceed with their CRIMINAL DAMAGE , and blatant

attempt to undermine the foundations of 372 Clontarf Road , in order to cause it to ...

..." COLLAPSE ..." - as 372A had done , just 2 days earlier...

Any ' offer ' that Mr Alan Costello , or his company G. SAUNDERS & COMPANY LIMITED

decided to make for 372 ...AFTER such an event... , would have seemed...generous...!!!

( - but NOT under the CIRCUMSTANCES ! )

October .23 Part of the rear boundary fence/wall between 372 and 373 Clontarf Road is torn-down by a

bulldozer . The gardai are called and say that it's a " CIVIL MATTER ..."

October .29 The remaining Part of the rear boundary fence/wall between 372 and 373 Clontarf Road is

torn down by a bulldozer at 10.00 a.m. in the morning. The gardai are called yet again

The 3 "workers" of Mr. Alan Costello run off when the gardai arrive in a van from

Raheny garda station , and emerge from the side of no.370 Clontarf Road - Ms Niamh

Costello's shop - and are " caught red-handed "by the gardai.

The gardai take their names and later telephone to say that say that it's a……………………..

……………………"CIVIL MATTER"………and they can/will do……NOTHING AT ALL …

1998

December .01 On Tuesday , the 1st of December 1998 , thug associates of Mr Alan Costello break-in

through the side-door of 372 Clontarf Road , terrorize , intimidate , threaten , assault ,

interrogate , abuse and finally kidnap and ILLEGALLY-ARREST , the LEGITIMATE

OWNER of 372 Clontarf Road , Dublin 3.

The thugs in question were led and encourage by Detective Joseph Enright ( 139J ) of

Clontarf Garda Station who ORDERED his thug-underling , Garda David Gallagher of

Raheny Garda Station to force-entry , WITHOUT ANY WARRANT..., into the 1st-Floor

flat of 372 Clontarf Road.

Detective Joseph Enright did not attempt to restrain his subordinate ,Garda David Gallagher ,

the COWARD , who almost at the point of losing control of his bowels , and in an underhand

fashion , crept-up behind Mr Maguire (who was seated and handcuffed at the time ) and

struch him on the back of the head with a heavy torch , cutting the scalp - while his attention

was diverted by Detective Enright's loud questioning and accusations...

Mr Maguire was left in no doubtas to the ' con sequences' - not only for himself , but also

for his family - if he persisted in refusing to capitulate to the CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY,

of which Mr Alan Costello was/is a part , and SELL his fathers property at :

372 Clontarf Road ,

Dublin 3

to Mr Alan Costello's company( in the NOMINAL SENSE at least ...) :

G. SAUNDERS & COMPANY LIMITED

December .09 On the 9th of December 1998 , Mr Charles Haugheywins his appeal with the Revenue

Commissioners regarding the £2 million tax-bill on his £8.5 millionbribe income. Lucky for

him , the Appeals Commissioner of the Revenue Commissioners happens to be Mr B Ahern’s

brother-in-law(sic!)…

1999

May .18 By Order of the Planning Department of the Corporation of Dublin , it was decided to give

This was despite the fact that the boundary question hadNOT been SETTLED either in

court AND/ORany rectification carried into effect in the Land Registry in Nassau Street ,

Dublin 2.

{ A previous Planning Application [ Plan Ref. No. 1593/98 ] for the same development

had been withdrawn after objections from the owner of no. 372 Clontarf Road

(Receipt from Planning Department dated 24th July 1998) - but it had been resubmitted

after the said owner had been ILLEGALLY - ARRESTED and CHARGED by CRIMINAL

ASSOCIATES of the developer/s - of no. 373 Clontarf Road , AND , the “…site to the rear

of 370-371 Clontarf Road…” - at the direct instigation of Mr. Alan Costello ,

EX-DETECTIVE / used-car dealer now residing on the site of the late Margaret Murphy's

cottage , at 373 Clontarf Road ... }

1999

August 372 Clontarf Road , Dublin 3 is “ put “ on the (FM)market…

MASON ESTATES are the estate agents.

Mr Gary FLOOD , of MASON ESTATES , handles all inquiries...from the developers...

August .18 Mr Alan Costello , of 373 Clontarf Road puts in his bid for 372...

November .26 Judge Timothy Halpin Crowley , brother of Lawrence Gunning Crowley hears the '..case...'

against Mr Maguire...

Detective Joseph Enright , friend of EX-DETECTIVE , Mr. Alan Costello performs magnificantly –

his perjury was flawless...that all the thugs masquerading as …” guardians of LAW and ORDER…”

( as PAEDOPHILES masquerade as PRIESTS …)

had shouted-out spontaneouslyand in UNISON , that they were gardai – before making their

ILLEGAL FORCED-ENTRY to the 1st Floor-Flat at 372 Clontarf Road , Dublin 3 , on Tuesday ,

the 1st of Decemeber 1998 …

under the CRIMINAL LAW ACT of 1997…

Mr Patrick Neil , the so-called ,court-appointed , defense lawyer , from the stable of the honourable ,

Mr Terence Lyons ( TERENCE LYONS & CO. , 7 Arran Quay , Dublin 7 ) , did not even make a

squeaking sound when he ‘ advised ‘ Mr Maguire to plead …GUILTY…

The grinning , shaven-headed , beer-gutted , cowardly mongoloid ,Garda David

Gallagher laughed – not without good reason - all the way out of Mr Haughey's ...court...

Mr Neil ‘ acted …’ as a last-minute replacement for TERENCE LYONS & CO.’s first ‘ defense ‘

Solicitor , one …Ms Jenny McGeever, who half-way through the lengthy remand-process…

( The first judge to hear the case ( Wednesday , 2nd December 1998 ) was Judge Miriam Malone

who said that she would throw out the case if Detective Joseph Enright did not produce the

so-called …”…BOOK OF EVIDENCE…

In the event , it was SHE who was thrown out… !!!)…was PRO MOTED to the CIRCUIT COURT

of Eire , and so Mr Maguire had , effectively , NO DEFENSE WHATSOEVER in the CRIMINAL

COURTS of Mr Charles Haughey’s FAILED POLITICAL ENTITY but highly SuckCessFull

CRIMINALLY-UNENVIABLE state…Eire…

TERENCE LYONS & CO even managed to ..’ LOSE ‘…all the files on the case…

Patrick Neil leftTERENCE LYONS & CO shortly afterwards for a nice new career in the

COMPETITION AUTHORITY ( set-up by Mr Charles Haughey …) and now “ under “ Ms Mary

“ integrity “ Harney at the Department of Enterprize , Trade & Unemployment…
