RENTAL AGREEMENT

_____Century Community Center (Ag Building) _____ Habitat for Opportunity Building

COST: $350.00 ($100 Rental. $100 Refundable Deposit. $150 Security.)

Security: 4 hour minimum $100. Subject to a refund of up to $50.

48 hour notice required to obtain security. 24 hour cancellation required for refund.

Building must be cleaned and key must be returned by 12:00 noon the next business day.

I, ______, the undersigned, hereby assume total responsibility for the activities to be held at the ______

during my rental time. I also understand and attest to the following:

·  I am solely responsible for leaving the building in the same condition in which I found it.

·  I am responsible for any damage to the property during my rental time.

·  No admission may be charged to attend this event, except for a pre-approved nonprofit organization.

·  No one may be in the building or parking lot after 12:00 midnight.

·  NO SMOKING inside the building.

·  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES and NO DRUGS are allowed on the premises.

·  Bathrooms are to be cleaned and mopped.

·  ALL floors are to be mopped. Mops are to be cleaned and leaned up against the countertop in the kitchen.

·  Garbage cans must be lined with garbage bags. All garbage must be taken to the blue dumpster outside.

·  No monies will be refunded if the building is not cleaned, or if lights, air conditioning or heat is left on.

·  For weekend events, the key must be picked up by 3:30 p.m. the Friday before the rental date. If not, this contract is null and void. No staff is available to provide the key on the weekends.

·  Return the key to Town Hall by noon the next business day.
