Press message button

At voicemail press enter/navigation button

Enter passcode 0000

Press 5 for mailbox greetings

Press 1 for no answer greeting

Press 2 to edit greeting

To record name

Press message button

At voicemail press enter/navigation button

Enter passcode 0000

Press # 7 2

Record name and press # to save

To enter name in directory

Press message button

At voicemail press enter/navigation button

Enter passcode 0000

Press # 7 3

Enter first three letters of last name press #

Press 1 if correct

Enter first three letters of first name press #

Press 1 if correct

To record company’s main day greeting, or night greeting.

Press message button

At voicemail press enter/navigation button

Enter * # 0000, 0000

Press 1 to edit system greetings

Press 1001(day) prompt, or 1002(night) prompt

Press 1 to review, or 3 to discard and record

Press 2 to stop review or # to save

How to change name in Display

Press transfer 104 , press hold to erase what is there, press the number buttons until your name is spelled out. Transfer will save. If the letters you need are on the same button press volume up to move cursor.

How to program EXT buttons

Press transfer 107, press the button you want to program, enter the 3 or 4 digit extension you want to appear on that button, press transfer to save.

How to program Speed dial

Press transfer 105, 00: (is the bin number it starts with), press your right soft key (rectangle button on right side under display), enter 9 plus telephone number you want in that bin number, press right soft key again. Now transfer will exit or enter another bin number (01-09) and repeat process. There are a total of 10 speed dials.

How to answer incoming calls, (park and page)

Answer incoming call, press the park 1, park 2, or park 3 button to park call in that empty space. Press page button and announce who call is and what park # it is parked. DO NOT PUT CALL ON HOLD, SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICLY PLACE CALL ON HOLD IN PARKED POSTION (FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE).

How to retrieve parked call

From any phone press the park 1 through park 3 button depending on where call is parked. These buttons will be labeled and on each phone.

How to program buttons (25-99) the buttons which do not appear on phone but can be scrolled through and used (like an Ipod, or Iphone).

Press soft key under Menu in display

Press 7 or use scroll up or down button (enter/navigation button) until you see Settings

Press 4 or use scroll up or down button (enter/navigation button) until you see AOM in display

Press scroll left or scroll right button (enter/navigation button) until you get to a number (example 25) that is empty.

Press soft key under edit

Use scroll right or scroll left button (enter/navigation button) until you get to option you want that button to equal (example VMTrsf)

Press scroll up or down button and enter Ext: (example 5019 voicemail)

Press scroll up or down button and enter Name: (Voicemail Transfer) to label button (optional)

Press soft key under save to finish

Press soft key under back until your back at time and date.

You have programmed a button successfully.

Press soft key under arrow up or down in display until you reach desired area

Press scroll up or scroll down (enter/navigation button) till you get to desired button
