Arnold is asking me to get on their new Solutions server VM to check it out. I don’t see that I have an open call for this. Does a call need to be opened by you following our procedures for customer new installs for Arnold or is it okay that I just open a call myself to track my time for billable purposes? Not sure what approach was agreed to with Arnold.
