Facilities:
All games will be played at Lyle “Trapper” Lawrence Fieldlocated in McElroy park at
5th Ave. SE & 15th St. SE.
Athletic Training:
Sports Medicine coveragewill be on site during the tournament provided by Jamestown Regional Medical Center. They will be located behind 3rd Base Dugout. If team will be traveling with own sports medicine provider a transfer of care form will need to be provided tournament management. (Attached in email)
Home Team - Dugout Assignments:
The higher seeded team will be the home team and have choice of dugout. If like seeds play, there shall be a coin-flip to determine home team. Home team will take infield first with visiting team to follow.
Tournament Pairings and Game Times:
11:00 AM - #1W vs. #4E
35 Minutes after - #2E vs. #3W
4:00 PM - #1Evs. #4W
35 Minutes after - #2W vs. #3E
*First & third games of each day will start at designated time if on schedule. We will begin the second & fourth game of the day 35 minutes after the previous game. Also, NDHSAA staff is allowed to adjust order of quarterfinal games to avoid conflicts with schools that also have a baseball team competing in the state tournament.
Warm up:
Each team will be allowed a 10-minute warm-up period on the playing field, but no batting practice will be allowed on the main diamond between games. There additional areas & fields close by that batting practice as well as extra ground balls & fly balls can be taken. There are 2 batting cages as well that can be used to take batting practice.
Tournament Passes:
Each rostered player and coach will receive a laminated nametag. The tag will be each person’s pass to enter the site. Failure to display the nametag will require the person to purchase an admission ticket. This packet can be picked up at gate with ticket workers upon your arrival on Day 1.
Motel Rooms:
Rooms have not been blocked for this tournament. Official souvenir T-shirts will be sold during the tournament. You will be able to purchase them near the concession stands area. Long Sleeve-$15.00 Short Sleeve-$10.00
Ticket Prices:
This is a combined ticket with the Class BBaseball Tournament. Prices are set by NDHSAA.

Sportsmanship:
The NDHSAA Code of Conduct shall be in effect for this tournament along with the NDHSAA 2018baseball regulations.
