do hereby solemnly affirm, declare and swear as under:
1. That I/We had approached M/s BPTP Ltd. “ Company” with a request to register me for a flat admeasuring______Sq. Feet approx. in any of their future projects.
2. That the company has now conditionally offered me one flat bearing No.______in Tower______admeasuring______Sq. Feet approx. in their Licensed Group Housing Project named as “ Princess Park ”, at Sector 86, Faridabad, Haryana.
3. While offering me the allotment of the above mentioned flat by their letter dated______, the company have pointedly clarified to the effect that the exact location and area of the above flat offered to me may change as a result of modification(s), if any, in the sanctioned Layout Plan of the said Group Housing Project if any.
4. That having understood the implications of the above clarification and in token of my acceptance thereof, I have executed the appropriate Undertaking dated______to this effect and have agreed that in the event of modification in the Layout Plan of the Group Housing Project, I/We will accept any alternative flat at such changed location and area as demarcated and offered to me by the Company.
5. That I/We undertake to execute the Company’s standard Flat Buyer’s Agreement copy of which has been made available to me and I/We have understood and have read all the terms and conditions therein and I/We shall be bound by them and also abide by the terms and conditions of the company.
