INDICATIVE TIME PERIODS FOR TYPICAL PROJECTS

The following gives examples of the likely timescales for typical project types. Please note that these are indicative timescales only and each project will need to be programmed according to its own requirements and complexity. Please also note that if planning permission is required for a project, this can take 12 weeks following submission of the planning application.
