The number of places available at the seminar is limited. Registration will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Delegates are therefore advised to book promptly to secure a place. After receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation of your registration. Your registration will become binding for EFCA only after receipt of payment.

Accommodation

Participants who wish to stay in Brussels are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. The registration fee for the seminar does not include overnight accommodation.

A special rate has been negotiated at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for a block of rooms, at EUR 165for a roomincluding breakfast, plus city tax of EUR 7 per room per night. Please advise the EFCA secretariat () should you wish to book a room. This rate is guaranteed for bookings made up to12November2014, or until the block of rooms has been sold (if sooner). Once this offer has expired, please check with the hotel for the best available rate.

In order to benefit from special rates at these hotels, you must mention that you are attending an event organised by EFCA (European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations) when booking.

The organisers recommend early booking of hotel accommodation, as this is a busy congress period in Brussels.
