Abstract(9 pt)

The abstract consists of no more than 250 words. It should be informative and state briefly the aim of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. References should not be cited, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s). Abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential, they must be defined at their first mention. (9 pt)

Keywords:Keywords is about 2 – 5 words and typed alphabetically (A to Z) (9 pt)

INTRODUCTION (10 pt)

Covering the aims of the research and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results. The submitted manuscripts should be original and unpublished work such as controlled trials, intervention studied, studies of screening and diagnostic test, cost-effectiveness analyses, case-control series, surveys or monitoring program, and others. Generally, it should be no more than 8,000 words (about 10 pages, including tables and figures), the maximum word length being 10,000 could be considered after consultation with Editor-in-Chief. The length of a paper should be commensurate with the scientific information being reported. In particular, the introductory material should be limited to a few paragraphs and results presented in figures should not be repeated in tables. The manuscript is typed on white paper of A4 (210x297 mm2) size, in a double column, single space, 10-point (10 pt) Arial font. The margin text is 2.5 cm (top-bottom- left-right). Smaller lettering size could be applied to presenting table and figure.(10 pt).

Author-year citations are required. In the text give the authors name followed by the year of publication and arrange from oldest to newest and from A to Z. In citing an article written by two authors, both of them should be mentioned, however, for three and more authors only the first author is mentioned followed by et al., for example: Surya and Octagon (2006) or (Surya 2003a, b, c; Octagon 2004; McMahon and Denny 2005; Bagas et al. 2008; Xiao et al. 2008). Reference to unpublished data and personal communication should not appear in the list but should be cited in the text only (e.g., Ridho MA 2007, pers. com. (personal communication); Surya AD 2007, unpublished data).

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Provide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced. Methods already published should be indicated by a reference: only relevant modifications should be described. Materials and Methods should emphasize on the procedures and data analysis.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

It should be written as a series of connecting sentences, however, for amanuscript with long discussion should be divided into subtitles. Thorough discussion represents the causal effect mainly explains why and how the results of the research were taken place, and do not only re-express the mentioned results in the form of sentences.

Result-1(replace with the sub-sub-title of result)

Figures and tables of should be clearly presented. Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. Title of a picture is written down below the picture, while thetitle of a table is written above the table. Colored figures can only be accepted if the information in the manuscript can lose without those images; thechart is preferred to use black and white images. The author could consign any picture or photo for the front cover, although it does not print in the manuscript. All images property of others should be mentioned thesource. There is no appendix, all data or data analysis is incorporated into Results and Discussions. For broad data, it could be displayed on the website as a supplement (Figure 1).

Figure 1. Conversion mechanism of asparagine into aspartat by asparaginase (Yadav et al. 2014).(9 pt)

Result-2

All images property of others should be mentioned thesource. There is no appendix, all data or data analysis is incorporated into Results and Discussions. For broad data, it could be displayed on the website as a supplement (Table 1, Table 2).

Tabel 1.Chemical composition of nypasap(9 pt)

Compound / Nypa
Banyumas / Kebumen
Moisture (% bb) / 7.50 / 6.34
Ash (% bb) / 2.09 / 0.71
Sucrose (%db) / 0.36 / 0.37
Reducing sugar (% db) / 3.60 / 2.74

Discussion

Thorough discussion represents the causal effect mainly explains why and how the results of the research were taken place, and do not only re-express the mentioned results in the form of sentences, not repeat them. Concluding sentence should be given at the end of the discussion.

CONCLUSIONS

The sentence should be given at the end of the discussion.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

It is expressed in a brief; all sources of institutional, private and corporate financial support for the work must be fully acknowledged, and any potential conflicts of interest are noted.
