Associate Professor Sr. Dr. Mastura is a Senior Lecturer specialising in the areas of Project Management with Universiti Sains Malaysia, School of Housing, Building and Planning.

Previously, she worked as a project manager and director for contracting firms before pursue her PhD. She has ten years experience in managing firms and various projects in the construction industry for example infrastructure works, buildings and renovation works. She was responsible for project estimation and costing, managing finance, managing project, development proposals and project evaluation.

Dr. Mastura research contributions include publications of books and articles in international journals as well as at international conferences.She has presented her research papers in international and local conferences.

Strategic management in construction, housing and tourism industry, entrepreneurship project management and procurement managementare her areas of research interest, publication and supervision.

Dr. Mastura has vast experienceteaching in the areas ofstrategic management in construction, housing and tourism industry as well as entrepreneurship and procurement managementboth at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.Currently, she is supervising several postgraduate research projects.
