1 Formatting (Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Bold)(Level I Headings)

The final document is to be provided in A4 format and in doc. or doc.x format. Left and right margins should be 2.6 cm and top and bottom margins should be 3.5 cm. Please do not go outside these margins as they will be used for binding and for the page numbering, which will be added later when the paper is placed into the proceedings. Please do not add page numbers yourself.

1.1 Page Formatting (Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Bold) (Level 2 Headings)

Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.25 space between lines and paragraph spacing 5pt before and after

1.2Font and Paragraph Formatting (Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Bold) (Level 3 Headings)

The final document is to be provided in A4 format and in doc. or doc.x format. Left and right margins should be 2.6 cm and top and bottom margins should be 3.5 cm.

2. Tables, Figures and Equations

Where possible, tables, figures and equations should be placed as portrait. It should be within the margins provided. You can reduce the font size of the contents in the table as per necessity, but not at the cost of the reader.

The picture layout is formatted such that text wraps “square” and to the right.

Number equations consecutively with equation numbers in parentheses flush with the right margin, as in (1). First use the equation editor to create the equation. Then select the “Equation” markup style. Press the tab key and write the equation number in parentheses. To make your equations more compact, you may use the solidus ( / ), the exp function, or appropriate exponents. Use parentheses to avoid ambiguities in denominators.

3.2 Abbreviations and Acronyms

Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text, even after they have already been defined in the abstract. Abbreviations that incorporate periods should not have spaces: write “C.N.R.S.,” not “C. N. R. S.” Do not use abbreviations in the title unless they are unavoidable (For eg. http, etc.)
