Advocate BroMenn Medical Center cordially invites you to attend Chase for Champions, an event that honors Public Safety Officers (law enforcement, fire departments, emergency medical services, and telecommunicators) who work tirelessly to keep our community safe and who save the lives of our family members, friends, and neighbors in McLean County and El Paso.

Time:Chase (Optional): Check in: 3:30Race: 4:00-5:30

Teams of 2-4 adults (18+) will compete in an Amazing (Race) Chase byvehicle. Teams will receive points for activities they complete at six different

locations in Bloomington-Normal. The winning teams will be announced at the

Champions Dinner & Recognition. Bonus points can be earned by donating to

the Bears for the Brave.

Social Hour (5:30): Includes music and “Life Experience Silent Auction”

Champion Dinner & Recognition (6:30): Enjoy a plated dinner and recognition ceremony for the Champion Award Recipients. The Champions will be

announced during the Recognition (list of finalists on reverse).

Dancing will follow the program with the band, Dexter O’Neal andthe Funk Yard Band.

Whether you are participating in the Chase and Dinner or the Dinner alone, reservations are $60 per person or $600 for a table of 10 and can be made online at advocatehealth.com/bromenn-chase no later than Friday, March 16, 2018. Casual attire is recommended.

Bears for the Brave: Donate a new teddy bear at check-in. These stuffed toys will be given out by Public Safety Officers to provide comfort to children in stressful situations.

Proceeds will be used for the Simulation Lab within Advocate BroMenn’s Acute Rehab Unit to help acclimate stroke and traumatic brain injury patients to real-life scenarios. Funds will also be used for educational scholarships to the selected Champions.
