TOPICS will include:

·  Describing and presenting data (bar charts, tables, etc.); summary measures (means, standard deviations, etc.)

·  Sampling; study types (cross-sectional, cohort, etc.)

·  Significance testing and general interpretation of p-values and confidence intervals

·  Overview of statistical tests (Chi-square, t-test, etc.)

The course will be delivered in a lecture style without the use of computers.
