Scotland

Everyone in Scotland can speak, read and write English. Many people also understand Scottish and Gaelic. Look at the picture, this is a Scottish kilt. This is the Scottish national costume for men. The national dish in Scotland is Haggis. It is made from oats, stock, suet, onions, lamb’s liver and spices. They cook it inside a sheep’s stomach.

Ireland

Ireland is divided into two parts. Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. The capital in Northern Ireland is Belfast, and the capital of Republic of Ireland is Dublin.

Riverdance is a traditional Irish dance. Riverdance is a step dance. The dancers move their legs very quickly, without moving their arms. The rhytm, the costumes, the nice music and the movements make up a beautiful dance.
