This contract is a formal commitment to participate in the Sustainable Action Fund (SAF) project for which my team’s Large Grant Conceptual Application was approved during the QuarterSAF Grant Application Process. This commitment will commence on Date, and will continue through the end of the project or until the participant is no longer a student or staff member of Western. Contracted team members will work under the direction of the SAF Grant Program Coordinatorand in collaboration with the departmental contact(s) that is assigned to their project in order to design and estimate their project. Team members will also follow through with the project’s implementation plan, outreach, publicity and education plan, and post implementation plan.
This contract defines and establishes the basic duties and responsibilities of each project team member. Please complete the form below by filling in your name, initialing next to each tenet whereby you agree to fulfill this responsibility, and sign at the bottom. Typing in your initials and/or your signature functions the same as hand-written initials and signature.

_____1. I agree to participate in the SAFprogram beginning on Date, and will continue throughthe end of the project or until I am no longer a student or staff member of Western.
_____2. I agree to find a team member to continue through with my role on the project team in the event I leave Western or graduate before the project is completely implemented.
_____3. I agree to work on this project throughout the duration of the Design and Estimation stage of the project, excluding academic breaks.
_____4. I agree to attend a regular workshop with the SAF Grant Program Coordinator throughout the duration of the project.
_____5. I agree to commit to this projectthrough the project’s implementation plan, outreach, publicity and education plan, and post implementation plan.
_____6. I agree to track project expenses and, if applicable, spend grant funds responsibly, with integrity, and in accordance with state purchasing laws.

I agree to give the Sustainable Action Fund permission to use photographs of and information about myself and my project on their program social media, website, University publications, slide shows, videos, and other media. Personal information will be limited to name, age, year, and major unless otherwise consented.
