This can be used for book characters or for historical people.

1. Insert a photo or hand-drawn illustration of the person here. Be sure the picture is colored, if possible. If you are drawing the picture, add any clothing details or other items.

2. Write a quote from the person here. This quote should be memorable.

3. Fill-in information about their relationship status first. Are they involved with someone, or do they have a secret crush? You don’t have to give all the details! Birth date, give as close a date as you can if you can’t find an exact date. For the current city, write the city and state/country they reside in.

4. Include the drawings and/or photo of six friends of this person. Include a name label below each picture. These friends could be related to the person.

5. Insert an unusual picture of the person with a caption. You can also include a date the picture was taken. This picture can also be a drawing.

6. Include information about accomplishments of this person. These should be significant accomplishments.

7. Write two current activities of the person (as if they were alive if they are currently deceased). One activity on each line. These activities can be trivial in nature.

8. Include more information about the picture from #6 here, the title from #6 will go here as well.

9. There are three lines here:

-the first line is for a “new friend” the person has made

- the second line is for more detailed relationship information about the person

- the third line should contain a video pic about the person and a quick caption about the video and who posted it

10. Someone else “tags” your person in an unusual photo here, it should be something unexpected. Include a short piece of info about the picture and include a photo or drawing of the person who tagged the picture in the smaller box.

11. Write the mood of the person at the present time here. If they are deceased, you must write it as if they are still alive.

12. Here is a place for what someone else wrote about this person, it can be good or bad. Include a pic of the person who wrote it in the smaller box.

13. There are four lines here:

- the first line is for a recent group they have joined, it can be a real group or one you have created

- the second line is for any recent action of this person

- the third line is where they have been mentioned by someone else in a blog, article, etc.

- the fourth line is another group they are a member of, this can also be made up

14. Write what one of this person’s six friends (from #4) has recently written about them. Include a pic of this friend in the smaller box. This does not have to be something nice, but it has to be appropriate.

15. A sneak peek of a pic of the person can be placed here, or the top part of the pic in #5.

*You can add decorative borders to the template. Try to be creative in your design.
