June 2017

Dear Parents,

I have printed the following from the Parish bulletin to let you know what is happening in school and at St Mary’s Church Duke St.

St Mary’s Church Barrow is 150 years old this year and so our whole Parish will be celebrating.

The Parish feast Day is on Saturday July 1st at St Mary’s Church Duke St and our children are invited.

The feast day will begin with Mass at 12pm at St Mary’s Duke St and will be followed by a Family Fun Day!

(There will be football, bouncy castle, ice cream van, lunch etc.)

We hope as many children as possible will be able to attend with their families.

On Tuesday 27th June 7pm at St Mary’s Duke St, some of our children will be leading some bidding prayers and presenting a banner to the parish. We will be thinking about people who have died.
