Schedule for Pacific Northwest Rally 2011

Thursday June 23rd -

3:00 – 5:00 Registration, souvenir shirt distribution and camp set up

6:00 PM – Dakar Bar opens, (beers on tap, Fat Tire, Sam Adams and Alaska Amber)

7:00 PM - Welcome and orientation

Friday June 24th

Morning -

6:00 Coffee in the mess tent

7:30- 8:30 breakfast served

8:30 - lecture and clinic for off road "newbies" to provide some basic techniques so you can enjoy the event a little more.

9:00 AM -Guided rides begin – meet at the Touratech truck. (also further clarification of “GPS tracks”)

9:00 AM- RawHyde Training school begins. (two day class program)

9:30 there will be a clinic on effective braking in the dirt. (newbies to intermediate riders)

12:00 – 2:00 Lunch will be served at "camp" from Noon to 2 PM so you can explore the area at your leisure and return for lunch whenever you wish. Most of the loop rides are half day rides which will enable you to return to camp for lunch. Lunch will be a “Burrito Bar” with all the fixin’s.

6:00 PM - The Dakar Bar opens

7:30 PM - Dinner will be served. Pasta Bar, Caesar Salad, Sausage, Meatballs and Salad with brownies for dessert.

8:30 PM Entertainment - Dakar multi-media presentation by Jonah Street and Jim Hyde, camp fire.

Saturday June 25th

6:00 Coffee in the mess tent

7:30- 8:30 breakfast - Eggs, Ham, Hash Brown Patty's, Fruit, Juice

8:30 - lecture and clinic on effective cornering in the dirt

9:00 AM Guided rides begin – meet at the Touratech truck.

9:00 AM RawHyde School begins – 2nd day.

12:00 – 2:00 Lunch will be served here at "camp" from Noon to 2 PM so you can explore the area at your leisure and return for lunch whenever you wish. Most of the loop rides are half day rides which will enable you to return to camp for lunch, which will be a Burger Bar, Potato Salad, Watermelon, Trail Mix

6:00 PM - The Dakar Bar opens

7:30 PM - Dinner will be served.

8:30 PM Entertainment - Presentation by host of Adventure Motorcycle TV show "Rediscovering Canada"

9:30 (after presentation) – Raffle and drawings.

Sunday June 27th

6:00 AM coffee will be available in mess tent.

7:00 AM continental breakfast- Bagels, Cream cheese, cantaloupe, Cereal, Fruit etc.

8:00 AM break camp and prepare to head for home….
