Member’s right to appoint a Proxy to Vote at the Tourism Society

Annual General Meeting 2016

Under the Articles of the Tourism Society members may appoint a Proxy to vote on their behalf at the Annual General Meeting. Members wishing to appoint a Proxy must complete and sign the following form and:

- return it to the Tourism Society Secretariat by 5pm on Friday 1st July 2016, if the appointee is the Chairman

Or,

- advise the Tourism Society Secretariat in writing (by email or post) of the name of the appointed Proxy and deliver the completed Proxy form to the appointee member who will attend the meeting. The appointee member must hand the completed form to the Executive Director 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
