1.0  objective

The Regional Emergency Dispatch Authority (REDA) PSAP, in Artesia, has purchased VESTA 911 NG9-1-1 Call Handling Solution and requires the delivery, installation, and maintenance of the purchase. Motorola Solutions will provide the solution, as well as, all solution specified equipment, solution cabling, and required installation and maintenance services as specified in the purchase order.

2.0  scope

The REDA PSAP has requested Motorola Solutions supply a VESTA 911 Next Generation Call Handling Solution. This will include delivery, installation, testing and warranty repair. The solution components and services are listed in the Purchased Order. See the system quote for more detailed information on system components.

The solution will:
