Section B: Teaching Information

Contains:

Dividers relating to the classes taught including the following:

  • Group register to include a record of pupil attendance/punctuality and class profile data that indicates pupil progress/attainment/achievement; and pupil groups (with explicit reference to SEND, EAL, the able, FSM/PP);
  • Notes on work previously undertaken by the group in the subject area or activity (including key stage 2 for year 7 pupils);
  • Scheme of work for the key stage;
  • A unit of work in the required format, (you may use the content of the department’s existing unit as a framework);
  • An individual lesson plan for every lesson taught in chronological order in the required format;
  • Lesson assessments of pupil learning and evaluations of your teaching with each lesson;
  • Copies of worksheets or resources used with each lesson;
  • The originals of all Lesson Feedback Records completed by your mentors, class teachers or tutors with the related lesson.
  • General assessment records for each pupil in the groups that you teach.
