**To qualify for the NAHRA member fee, your NAHRA member number and expiration date MUST be included on your entry form. Non-NAHRA members please add an additional $5.00 per entry.

ENTRIES:

All entries are to be made in advance to the Old Dominion Retriever Club (ODRC) and payment must be made in the form of a US bank check or money order. Payment must be accompanied by the Official NAHRA Field Test Entry form downloadable at (under NAHRA Forms on right hand side bar). A separate entry form must be submitted for each dog in each stake entered. Please do not forget to include your NAHRA member number and signature on the form. Non-NAHRA members must add $5.00 to each entry.

Entries/ fees must be received by the test secretary no later than 6 p.m. on Tuesday March 30, 2010. If using an overnight carrier waive signature.

Running order will be posted on no later than 6 p.m. the Thursday prior to the test.

REFUNDS:

Refunds, less a $10.00 administration fee, will be made for scratches PRIOR to the entry deadline. NO REFUNDS will be made AFTER the entry deadline except for bitches in season or injuries/illness with a veterinarian’s certificate.

AWARDS:

Official NAHRA rosettes and bands will be awarded to all qualifying dogs.

BIRDS:

Mallards, pigeons and/or chukars.

Hospitality:

Coffee and breakfast pastries will be available in the morning. There are limited food & beverage establishments close to the testing grounds. We recommend that participants pack their lunch, snacks and drinks.
FIELD TEST HEADQUARTERS/TESTING GROUNDS—DIRECTIONS

Test Headquarters is at WatersEdge Training Grounds, 53 Beanes Road, in Heathsville, Va. and all testing will be conducted at and in the vicinity of WatersEdge Training Grounds. Please DRIVE AND PARK ONLY in designated areas.

From the west (Tappahannock/Warsaw/Richmond/Fredericksburg): At Warsaw, follow Route 360 east towards Callao, Heathsville & Reedville. At Heathsville (opposite the Subway), turn right onto Rt. 201 towards Kilmarnock. At the second very sharp right hand turn go straight on Rt. 615 (Beanes Road) towards Browns Store. The entrance is on the left about 25 yards from this junction. Alternatively, at Warsaw follow Route 3 east towards Lively & Kilmarnock. At Lively (the flashing signal) turn left onto Route 201 towards Heathsville. Follow this until the second stop sign and turn right onto Route 615, Beanes Road towards Browns Store. This way is about 2.5 miles shorter.

From the east (Kilmarnock/White Stone/Gloucester): Follow Route 3 to Lancaster Court House. At Lancaster Court House turn right onto Rt. 600 (Courthouse Road) towards Heathsville. After a mile or two this road becomes Rt. 201 (keep straight on). At the stop sign, turn right onto Beanes Road (Rt. 615) towards Browns Store. The entrance is on the left about 25 yards from this junction.
