1.  The Hertz Corporation (P&Z# 14-0009) – The Hertz Corporation has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the use of car rentals at 4757 Main Street (PID 198AD018). The property is zoned Central Business (CB) and car rentals are permitted in this district per the approval of a Conditional Use Permit by the Board of Aldermen.

e.  Consider waiving fire civil penalty for two (2) locked & obstructed rear exit doors at Next Generation, 4924 Main Street)
