Peer Growth Circles
Have you heard about our Peer Growth Circles? The Nonprofit Resource Network continually accepts applications for these intimate networking opportunities. Joining a circle requiressignificant time and a commitment, but the rewards that follow reflect that investment, as noted by ourcurrent members:
“The group helped with many issues like personnel changes, board relations, etc, but the greatest value was in interacting with others.”
  • “I found that my issues were generally shared by others in my group and that solutions ARE grounded in the nonprofit culture.”
“The most valuable part of this experience is being in a safe environment. I feel the utmost confidence in the confidentiality of the group which gives me the great to express my concerns/issues. I feel that I am constantly growing.”
“Meeting with other executive directors has been the most valuable part of this experience, hearing the variety of feedback/angles from which different people see the same issue.”
100% of participants engaging in a circle for over one year
stated that they have been able to address critical issues within their
agency "to great extent!"
Each circle is comprised of individuals serving in similar positions
within organizations of similar size, with similar budgets and a
similar number of staff. Because we seek to make the best matches
possible, these circles take some time to coordinate. So if you are
interested, fill out an application today! / In This Issue
