The mission of the Moorestown Football Club is to provide support to the coaching staff and the players and cheerleaders through the organization ofcommunity spirit/fund raising efforts. We have been very busy making the necessary arrangements for our pre-game dinners at the high school, for honoring the seniors throughout the season, for arranging for our annual banquet, for raising funds to purchase and embroider team jerseys, collecting ads and donations for this season’s program book, arranging for the videos that the coaching staff depends upon, providing snacks at doubles practices, getting ready for the opening of the concession stands at all of the home games, and working with the cheerleaders to provide support for their efforts.
Our Moorestown High School Football program is one that is rich with tradition and pride. The players and cheerleaders are proud to represent their team and demonstrate the dedication and discipline that it takes to be a success. They will work very hard over the summer months to get ready for this year and continue that effort once the school year begins. Their work ethic and team leadership has truly impressed the coaching staff. As always, the players and cheerleaders have the support of their families, friends, MHS alumni and the whole Moorestown community in helping to provide an experience that they will never forget.
The MFC has been working very hard to prepare for 2010season but there is so much left to do! You can provide additional support to the Club and the football program either by placing an ad in our Program Book, paying the annual dues per familyor by volunteering your time. We appreciate and welcome your efforts. You can always contact any one of the Board members to ask how you can help. We want to assure you that our efforts are afforded to every player and cheerleader that makes up the football program without exception.
In closing, on behalf of the MFC, we want to thank you for your support! Without the devotion of people throughout Moorestown we would not have the program that we have today. Special thanks go to our coaching staff and the MHS athletic department. We wish them well and can assure them that whatever their needsmay be that the MFC will always be willing to try our best to provide services. Immeasurable gratitude goes out to all of the parents (and their families) that lead committees as they are the very backbone of the MFC. Lastly we all sincerely join together in hoping for a safe and healthy winning season for our team!
