The Logan County Cattle Association Scholarship will be awarded on an annual basis during the month of May. The Scholarship will be awarded in the amounts of $250.00 to $500.00.
Criteria:
- Applicant must be the child of a beef producer or be directly engaged themselves in the production or promotion of beef.
- Parent/Guardian of applicant must be active members of the Logan County Cattle Association.
- Applicants must be a resident of Logan County or must attend a Logan County School.
Selection Process:
Applicants are selected by a committee appointed by the president of the county association. The committee will review applications and will have the option to interview applicants if desired. All selections are final and will be recognized at the Logan county Fair in July and at the 2016 Logan County Cattle Association Banquet in February.
Applications are made available by the Cattleman’s Association Secretary (information below), the Logan County School systems through guidance counselors or FFA instructors.
