“Important Noteregarding medical care: Employees should be aware that if ISOS recommends any type of medical care or treatment while you are traveling, that care or treatment is not covered by the ISOS contract with World Vision and it is not covered by World Vision.Care authorized by ISOS is no guarantee of coverageby your private health insurance;however, ISOS will help facilitate the care you need.ISOS will pay for the expenses up front, then, invoice World Vision for the paid expenses as well as any administrative fees, which is passed on to the employee. The employee is responsible to reimburse World Vision for all expenses invoiced and for filing claims with their private health insurance(e.g. Cigna if covered by the WVUS health plan) for reimbursement. Reimbursements are subject to deductibles, coinsurance amount, plan exclusions and limitations of eligible expenses. For assistance with submitting a Cigna claim, please contact the HR-Helpdesk at 253.815.5555.”
