The Gaming Squad is a mobile gaming on the geaux. We are full capable of adding instant excitement to any party anywhere. Our unit is fully climate controlled so no need to worry if weather will be an issue. Our unit can comfortably seat 12-16 eager party goers. We provide all the top multiplayer games and consoles.

We pull up to your location with a complete video game party ready to go; all we need is a place to park!

Parking Policy

Prior to arrival for Video Gaming Parties please allocate 60 feet (approximately 7 parking spaces) for The Gaming Squad trailer to park that is free of hazards and foot traffic. The Gaming Squad want to avoid damage to customer and The Gaming Squad property. The Gaming Squad reserve the right to refuse to pull the gaming trailer onto customer property. Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled time.

If a parking permit is required only if we will need to park in a "No Parking"zone it will be the responsibility of the Customer(s) to arrange for one. The Gaming Squad trailers are no wider than any contractor or landscaper vehicle and in most cases parking outside the home at the curb is not an issue.

The Gaming Squad offers a wide variety of packages and event addons for birthdays and other events. We want to make your party easy, stress-free, and most importantly, an amazing experience for you and your guests.$100 – Each Additional Hour or $50 – Each Additional Half Hour

Birthday Party Reservation Deposit

At the time of booking, Customer authorizes The Gaming Squad to charge a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% the quoted price for reservation of the event. Events booked online are for private small events (20 participants or less). These pricing packages are not valid for larger group or public events. We Sanitize Everything

Before hosting each event, we have a thorough process to prevent the spread of germs and create a fun, stress-free environment for parents and children alike. After each event, the truck is sanitized entirely by our squad to provide a safe and clean environment for our next guests. By sanitizing the trailer between parties, we are offering an environment parents can be confident sending their children. Beyond that, we also make sure the controllers for each system are sanitized to prevent contamination.

Hand Sanitizer

Before entering and leaving everyone will be handed hand sanitizer so that the squad can eliminate germs and bacteria. This way if something is going around we can combat the spread of germs within our confined space. By ensuring that everyone uses the hand sanitizer before and after interaction with the controller we are stopping the spread of viruses and bacteria.

Below are the standard provisions set forth by The Gaming Squad. Please contact The Gaming Squad for any additional information needed! By calling us at (318) 359-6570 for your party needs!

Reservation Deposit

At the time of booking, Customer authorizes The Gaming Squad to charge a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% the quoted price for reservation of the event. All events booked online are for private small events (20 participants or less). These pricing packages are not valid for larger group or public events. If you are interested in discussing options for a large event, please contact us directly so we can assure that we are able provide you and your guests with an exceptional Gaming Squad experience.

Payment Terms

Customer authorizes The Gaming Squad to charge the remaining invoice balance beginning 48 hours prior to the event, although in many instances final payment is collected at the end of your event.

Cancellation Policy

Because people often book parties well in advance, customer recognizes that times reserved are in short supply. Therefore, should Customers request a cancellation within 21 days of the event, or Customers are a no show for the event, the full remaining balance of the invoice will be due and collected by The Gaming Squad.

Returns

All merchandise sales are final. No returns or exchanges are offered.

Weather Policy

The Gaming Squad will make every reasonable attempt to an event scheduled. NO, forecast of bad weather is not an exception to the cancellation policy. However, if an event is affected by unsafe weather (tornado warnings, high winds, heavy snow, unsafe roads, or flooding), The Gaming Squad reserves the right to reschedule your event. No refund will be issued for this reschedule.
