Local Let LPA – Right of Way Plan Review Checklist

The following provides a clean and concise guide for which a Local Let LPA right of way plan can be checked for compliance before submission. This checklist was developed to increase LPA awareness of ODOT Procedures and requirements. Right of Way plans are essential to the appraisers who must develop reports that will explain and document their opinion of value. Negotiators must be able to explain the purpose and need in detail to property owners, using the Right of Way plan as a visual aid. This checklist was developed to assume compliance with ODOT Procedures and FHWA requirements.
