The Expression Cluster
The Expression Cluster currently consists of sixteen hard working professionals with a range of ages and experience who work together effectively as a team. The Cluster incorporates Art, Dance, Drama, Music, PE, Photography and offers a range of courses including GCSE, A-level and BTEC.

The aims of the Cluster are:
· To ensure that every student, regardless of ability, reaches his/her full potential.
· To foster an environment where every pupil works in a creative, independent and expressive way.
· To provide opportunities for pupils to compete and excel and maintain a lifelong interest in Physical Activity, Dance, Drama, Photography, Art or Music.
The Expression Cluster works with well behaved, enthusiastic and polite pupils who want to achieve and reach their potential. Extra-Curricular provision is at the heart of the Cluster and lunchtime and after school clubs thrive.
The staff within the Cluster work closely together to share good practice and support each other on a day to day basis which creates a positive environment to work in. Each department is working hard to push the school from good to outstanding by focusing and prioritising the development of teaching and learning within the classroom in order to offer the best possible education to all the pupils who study expression subjects.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding Drama teacher to add their own talent and enthusiasm to the Cluster and who will be willing to engage with the extra curricular provisions we provide.
