Qualifications: / Experience working with children with autism.
Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
Have good written and verbal skill and the ability to project professionalism in carrying out job responsibilities.
Must provide clearance that there is no record and/or convictions as a perpetrator of child abuse/and or neglect on the State of MI Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance and a clear driving record.
Education: / Masters degree in psychology, social work, or human service field with specialized training in applied behavior analysis.
Certification/
Licensure: / Must have a license in the state of Michigan for the coordinating degree and maintain license throughout employment. Must have BCBA. Meet and maintain eligibility criteria for a Child Mental Health Professional as outlined in the MDCH Qualifications Guidelines.
Responsibilities: / Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Behavior Plans.
Complete behavioral skills assessments utilizing either the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment or Placement Program (VB-MAPP) or the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills- Revised (ABLLS-R).
Develop treatment protocols/ intensive ABA programs to be incorporated in the Individualized Plan of Services (IPOS).
Train staff and parents in implementation of ABA programs.
Collect and summarize data on an ongoing basis. Generate summary reports of progress in ABA programs 1 time per quarter.
Provide regular supervision to ABA tutors/clinicians (both direct/live supervision as well as indirect supervision). One hour of supervision for every 10 hours of direct services will be provided to each provider (ABA tutor or clinician).
Develop and follow a Performance Goals and Expectations (PGE) evaluation plan in conjunction with the immediate supervisor.
Maintain a flexible schedule in order to appropriately deliver services to meet the clients’ needs.
Supplemental employment will not interfere with the performance of Staff to effectively perform their ongoing job functions.

Key Performance Indicators / Maintain caseload of 12-24 ABA cases (providing program oversight, clinical direction, supervision and training). Caseload may vary depending on severity of cases and number of hours of oversight necessary.
Maintain a customer satisfaction rate of 90% or higher.
Maintain case records and complete all forms within the agency guidelines and deadlines at a compliance rate of 95% or higher.
Participate in at least 1 hour of supervision weekly.
Will complete all internal and external trainings required to perform job responsibilities.
Complete and submit progress notes within 24 hours of providing the services at a rate of 99% or higher
Complete and submit Service Activity Logs within 24 hours of providing the services at a rate of 99% or higher
Completed Service Activity Logs will reflect an accurate portrayal of services provided and whom they were provided to 97% of the time or higher.
Maintain professional standards and conduct while interacting with client and staff with less than 4 documented complaints from client or staff yearly.
