Businesses do NOT donate the food. All sales will be by ticket only. All prices by all vendors will be the same.
A large pizza that you normally cut into 8 pieces should be cut into 16 pieces and sold for $1.50/slice. You should offer at least two (2) varieties of pizza. If you offer subs, a 4” sub will be sold for $3.50. If you choose to sell chicken wings, they must be sold at either 2/$2 or 3/$3. You may add additional items to your menu such as an appetizer, but only pizza will be voted on by the public for the People’s Choice Awards.
Food must be sold from 5:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. Vendors have the option of continuing to sell longer as live music will be provided from 6-10p.m. Beverages may not be sold. We will have a separate vendor for that.
Only pizzerias are invited to attend, but there will be one dessert vendor at each end of the park. No food trucks unless they are a pizza food truck. The space fee for pizza food trucks will be $75.
Booth fees are $50 for a 10’ x 10’ space, $75 for a 10’ x 20’ space.
All tickets will be counted beginning at 9pm and 85% of the ticket sales will be returned to you the same evening. 15% of the revenue will be kept for marketing and operating expenses.

The deadline for registration is August 1st. The sooner we have your registration, the sooner we can start publicizing your business.
You will not only have the attention of former Pizza Fest and Taste of Tonawanda attendees, but of the Wednesday Night Concert on the Canal followers as we are extending our season one week for this event. Please come prepared to sell a lot of product, rain or shine.
