Terms & condition

Payment:

1. 50% Payment as Advance immediately upon issuance of Work Order

2. 50% within 10 working days after successful delivery, installation and commissioning of the system.

Work completion:

Within 15 days from the date of confirm order along with advance payment.

Warranty:

The Hardware come with 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery from manufacturing defects. Warranty includes replacement defective parts if any during the course of normal usage.. Any misuse, whether accidental or intentional, will cause the warranty to be null and void.

After Sales Service:

We maintain sufficient stock of spares to ensure proper after sales services even after the completion of warranty period. The total cost covers training and after sales service for the first year. The cost of the back up service after the expiry of the warranty period would depend on the problem. However Innovation Heaven guarantees to provide quick, efficient and cost effective after sale service at all times.

Delivery:

One month From above mentioned date.

Spare Parts:

Available with Reasonable Price.

Offer Validity:

15 days from the date of submitting the offer.
